A Philadelphia native and graduate of Villanova University (1985), Paul Stryker has been a proud Ocean City resident and homeowner since 1990, establishing strong and lasting ties within the community. He raised five sons in Ocean City and remains deeply connected to the area’s coastal lifestyle and close-knit environment.

A seasoned culinary professional, Paul spent 18 years as the chef-owner and operator of Arlene’s on Asbury, where he built a reputation for quality, consistency, and exceptional service. He currently owns and operates The On the Way Café food truck at the Ocean City Airport, continuing to serve both residents and visitors with dedication and enthusiasm.

Paul’s passion for working with people and his longstanding presence in the community naturally extend to his work in real estate, where he is committed to helping others find their place in Ocean City. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, boating, cooking, and following Philadelphia sports teams.
